Free Discovery Call
Your first call with me is always FREE. Book your 15-minute discovery call to learn more about my services and we can get to know one another. You will have the opportunity to share with me your struggles and concerns, and more importantly, what you want instead out of your relationship with food and body. During this call, we will both get clarity on your vision for working together and I will share more details about what to expect and how to get started. This call is conducted online (video) through the Jane app software.
Individual Nutrition Counselling
Let’s chat about ways I can support you through individualized 1:1 nutrition counselling. Whether you are seeking support for an eating disorder, or are further along into recovery, or want to focus on repairing your relationship with food while improving your health, I’m here to meet you where you are at. I use a non-diet, weight-inclusive lens with all clients. Please note I do not provide nutrition counselling for weight loss, and only see adults ages 17 and older. All individual sessions are conducted online (video) through Zoom or Jane app software.
Group Programs
“Reclaim Your Recovery” is a 4-month virtual group program designed to help individuals recovering from restrictive eating disorders move beyond feeling stuck and toward a life where food feels normal. This program is perfect for those who have completed foundational recovery work and are ready to work on lingering struggles with food and body in a supportive, community-focused environment. Participants receive bite-sized educational videos, weekly live group calls, curated resources, worksheets, and access to a private digital community. Hit the link below to learn more!

FAQs
-
No diagnosis or referral required! A formal diagnosis of an eating disorder is not required to work 1:1 with me for nutrition counselling. I believe anyone with a disrupted relationship to food deserves to get help, diagnosis or not.
As for referrals, you can self-refer simply by contacting me today or booking a free discovery call. If you have health insurance benefits that include dietitian coverage, you may require a referral from your family physician in order to receive coverage. I recommend checking with your specific insurance provider. -
I offer an equity sliding scale to all clients - this means there are three different price points for individuals to choose from depending on their situation. Book your free discovery call to talk more specifically about your options and the equity sliding scale.

Many private insurance companies offer coverage for dietitian services. I recommend checking with your provider directly. Direct billing is available for many insurance providers! Book your free discovery call today to learn more.

Yes! I have direct billing to a wide range of insurance providers available, meaning if you have coverage, you don’t need to pay out of pocket. There is more information about direct billing and how to get this set up once you complete your free discovery call in some of the onboarding intake form.

As a weight-inclusive dietitian, I do not provide nutrition counselling specifically for weight-loss. This does not mean I’m anti-weight loss, it just means that the number on the scale will not be the main focus of our time together.

Being nervous to meet with a dietitian is super common, but it doesn’t have to be nerve-wracking. As an eating disorder dietitian, I believe in meet you where you are at with oodles of compassion and validation. During our sessions, I like to spend the first few minutes doing a general check-in and seeing how things have been going overall. We then may start to talk more about how your eating has been recently, and what has been helpful or unhelpful in reaching your goals. There is no judgment about what you’ve eaten, or haven’t eaten, or if you’ve made a change or not! I show up for my clients authentically and trust that you will too :)
